Our Services and Hours of Operation 

Our office is open from 8:30 AM to Noon and 1:00- 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Our phones are answered (by live people!) from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday and 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM Fridays.

*Due to a shortage of appointments, we will be instituting a $25 fee for missed appointments. Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule appointments so your spot can be used for other people needing evaluation.​​

Newborn Care

We assess birth history, family history, social determinants of health, feeding concerns, developmental milestones, safety issues, and the mother's transition into motherhood. A physical is performed and immunizations are reviewed and updated.  

Well Adult Visit 

We review medications, past medical history, family history, review social determinants of health. We scan for depression, substance abuse, and healthy lifestyle choices. Immunization history is reviewed and updates along with any preventative screens recommended according to age. 

Acute Appointments 

As needed, patients call when they are sick or have a concerning health issue, and they will be scheduled to see their provider if available or a covering provider as needed.  

Well Child Care

We review any past medical history, family history, social determinants of health, developmental milestones, and screen for autism. A physical exam is performed, and immunizations are reviewed and updated. A healthy diet, activities, and anticipatory guidance are also discussed. 

Routine GYN Care 

Pap smears and STD testing are available as requested, as well as testing for UTIs. 

Social Work Appointments

Our office has an in-house social worker who provides short-term counseling, helps establish community supports, and helps people deal with chronic disease.
