Her Story 

Carlene grew up right here in the Rutland area. She attended Castleton University, graduating with a Bachelors in Business degree in 1998. She returned back to Castleton for her Associates in Nursing degree in 2003.  Carlene then worked as a nurse at Mountain View Genesis, Bayada Home Health and The Rutland City Public Schools before rejoining our practice.  She received her MSN degree at Regis College in 2023, and began work as a nurse practitioner for us.
